What is an "interactive & engaging" story time?

We don't simple read from a book. Our performers interact with the children and your guests by asking questions, weaving in their favorite songs, adding dancing and movement, making the story personal, and using animated voices and emotions. We provide a performance level experience. The picture book is merely a visual reference. If you would like samples of our work, please ask and we can provide video and audio clips.

How is Payment Collected?

Payment is collected via a secure Paypal invoice. Payment is split into 2 payments, an initial retainer collected at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be given to the performer the day of your event! We consider it an easy payment plan!

How do I book a character?

To invite a performer to your celebration, please fill out the "Request Your Visit" form on our "VISIT REQUEST" page! If you are a business looking for services, please visit our "BUSINESS COLLAB" page. Once the form is fully completed with the most accurate info you can provide, we will confirm that the requested performers are available before sending you an online agreement & deposit link.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to ensure the most availability, however, bookings can be made up to 7 days prior to the event date. 

How far will you travel/what is your travel fee?

Currently, our territory is Temecula Valley, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Fallbrook, Perris & Menifee. All locations within a 25 mile radius of Temecula, Ca are included in our standard rates. Each mile traveled outside of our 25-mile radius will incur a small $1 travel charge per mile.

How many hours can I book?

We require a minimum of 1 hour for events.

 

For Princess Events, we can offer up to 2 hours of entertainment.

 

For Super Hero Events, we offer 1 hour if no face painting is requested. If face painting is requested and there are 10 children or less, we will provide an hour of entertainment. If face painting is requested and there are over 10 children present, we will require an extra 30 minutes totaling to a max of 1.5 hours of entertainment.

For Seasonal Events, we can offer a maximum of 1 Hour for events.

Can I tip?

Of course! While not required, performers always appreciate the added "thank you!" Tip can be paid directly to the performer via cash. Can I book 2 different characters?

Absolutely! We love parties that combine different characters! Whichever characters you choose, our performers will work to tailor the activities to create an engaging, magical experience!

Do you offer face painting?

Yes, we offer simple cheek art designs that correlate with each character's theme to give a cohesive, immersive experience. If you would like a professional face painter for your event, we would be happy to make a recommendation! 

What if I need to reschedule?

Reschedules must be made within 90 days of cancellation. If a reschedule is needed, we advise that you communicate and secure a new date as soon as possible. Your retainer fee will be put towards your new date. Please see "Covid-19 Precautions" for more info!

When would the company need to reschedule?

This would be a very rare situation. We may require a reschedule if:

-A performer is ill or experiences a family emergency.

-Our city is in lockdown due to Covid-19.

If the company requires a reschedule, we will make your event a priority on the calendar to make up for inconvenience. If a reschedule date cannot be made for any reason, we will refund the full retainer fee. We treat company reschedules with utmost care. What types of events will we service?

All types where children are present! Birthdays, baptisms, baby showers, weddings, corporate advertising events & parties, military family events, grand openings, indoor playgrounds, ribbon cutting ceremonies, themed nights for sports stadiums, farmer's markets, company anniversaries, etc. Visit our "BUSINESS COLLAB" page if you are a business looking for services. What activities do you provide?

Our performers are equipped with a range of activities that allow them to keep kids engaged for the duration of their entertainment. We theme our activities around the characters provided to create a fully immersive experience. The more space provided the better but our performers are trained to use any amount of space efficiently. Exact activities will vary depending on the interests of the children.
